ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

  • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years at the time of admission or should have completed the said age on or before 31st December of the Year of admission.
  • The minimum educational requirements is a pass in Higher Secondary School Certificate examination (12 years of study with following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology and English)
Mode of Selection and Admission Process
  • The candidate will be notified about the Personal Interview
  • At the time of interview the candidate should be in the possession of their Secondary School Leaving Certificates, the mark lists of the qualifying examination, Transfer Certificate issued by the institution last attended, and all other necessary certificates in original and the physical fitness certificate from an authorized medical officer.
  • Candidates from states other than Tamil Nadu state should submit their eligibility certificate, obtained from The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
  • Registration of the candidate with the Tami Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University will be processed after admission to the B.Sc. Nursing Degree Course. Application form should be submitted along with the fee prescribed by the University.

English is the medium of instruction for all the subjects of study and for examinations.

Scholarship

The reservation category students belonging to SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC shall approach for scholarships provided from District Adi Dravida Tribal Welfare Department, District Backward classes and Minority Welfare Department at Trichy. The necessary information to be furnished in the application form and the same to be forwarded by the college to the above authorities on request. The same procedure shall apply for students seeking educational loan from Nationalized Banks.
