About Institute
The Food Craft Institute (FCI) Balangir has been set up with joint assistance from the Govt. of Orissa and the Central Government with a view to train and develop skilled manpower for the dynamic Hotel Tourism Industry.

A team of qualified faculty members promises to ensure that a student not only learns the intricacies of hotel operations but is also offered a career through a proactive placement cell.
Selection: Admission is given on the basis of merit (qualifying marks) and interview.
 
Hostel Facility: Limited hostel facility for boys.

How To Apply:

The Application Form along with Brochure will be available at the office counter on payment of Rs.100/- (Cash) during working hours. The candidates should report along with filled in application, attested copies of the certificates & mark sheets & registration fees of (Rs.100/- for General or Rs.50/- for SC / ST candidates) in shape of cash / bank draft, drawn in favour of the Principal, State Institute of Hotel Management, Balangir. 4 Diploma in House 
keeping operation		 1 ½ years 10+2 or equivalent 22 40
5 Diploma in Bakery & Confectionary 1 ½ years 10+2 or equivalent 22 30
* Including 6 months industrial training.
** Relax able up to 3 years for SC / ST candidates.
