Chendhuran College of Engineering and Technology is  managed  by Tiruchendur Murugan Trust which was started

                                   on 6.07.06 by leading businessmen of Pudukkottai town with the noble aim  of providing quality technical  education to

                                   the rural  students.  Tiruchendur Murugan Trust will strive  to serve the public  and educate the coming generations

                                   and  uplift  the downtrodden. The trust  is headed  by   Sri.R.Vairavan.  The trust also runs a  diploma level technical

                                   institution namely “Chendhuran Polytechnic College” from the academic year 2007-2008.
