Government First Grade College Hanur, Chamarajanagar

The college is a Government institution. Government First Grade College is located at Hanur, its locality in Kollegala (Tq.) Chamaraganagar (Dist). This is the first co-educational government college established in Hanur etablished 1992 with a humble beginning of few rooms and few students. The college caters to the need of socially and economically backward communities. So our vision is to provide quality education to the unreached.  It has got every opportunity to grow as a NACC Accretion in the near future. Hence the institution is planning to achieve good working environment in all the fields so that it can impart better higher education and produce a stuff that suits the needs of the present society and the nation. Hence the institution likes to utilize the grants under RUSA program for the following development plans.
