Hindu College of Education, Sonepat

Hindu College of Education is one of most eminent teacher education institution not only in the district or the state but the whole of North India. It has come a long way since inception in July 1968 by the Hindu Educational and Charitable Society, Sonepat, a well known society of the area.
The purpose of the college is to meet the growing demands of the framed teachers in the area, state and joining states as well. The institution has a broad vision to inculcate the best practices in student teachers, in service teachers and community members. 
Its mission is to impart quality teacher education through all round development of the students. It also tries to create awareness among the students as well as community members regarding social, economic, educational, religious problems. It also tries to inculcate spiritual values among the students through various curricular and co curricular activities. They are made known to the various stake holders through exhibitions, seminars, workshops, extension lectures etc.
