About K.L.E

The Karnatak Lingayat Education Society popularly known as K.L.E Society was established on the land of Belgaum, Karnataka in the year 1916.

The commitment and dedication of the society has made it a vast educational phenomenon in the country.

Today, the society manages a total of 210 institutions, providing education at all levels - from nursery to post graduation. The various institutions set up the by the society at different localities of the country, serves the mission of the society.

The core values of the K L E Society are reflected in its emblem which symbolizes Truth, Love, Service and Sacrifice. These four aspects of life are the guiding principles that have made the K L E Society a truly mighty phenomenon.

As the society nurtures the young and tender at elementary and secondary schools, it also empowers the youth in different streams, both traditional and emerging.

The different streams include Healthcare delivery, Agriculture, Engineering, IT, Law, Pharmacy, Nursing, Tourism, Naturopathy and Fashion-designing among others.

Due care is taken to provide state-of-the-art amenities to students such as –

The true spirit of democracy runs in the functioning of the K L E Society. The Board of Management consists of 15 members duly elected as per the constitutional provisions of the Society. It is headed by a Chairman. The Presidents and Vice-Presidents guide the Chairman while Life Members frame academic guidelines. The financial transparency is maintained through regular audit system.

Apart from institutions of quality education and health care, the society has also established the community support programs and they are being run successfully.
