Maruthi Educational Trust has been started in the academic year 1996-97. This Institution is situated at 13th kilometer from Attur on Salem – Chennai Main Road [NH-68]. The main Objective of starting  this Polytechnic College is to impart technical education to the people from rural area an create qualified technicians in our country for the needs of expanding industrial growth in the light of globalization.

This institution is established by a very rich experienced team of trust members belonging to teaching profession and industry. The Trust members have taken it as a Challenge to nurse the technical education in this rural area and create a new lively atmosphere in this area, that would explode as a “Technical Revolution”.
