Vidyavardhaka Sangha is a well established organization in Mysore. Veterans like Late Sahukhar Chennaiah & Late K Puttaswamy former minister of Karnataka established the sangha during the year 1949, which is dedicated to imparting quality education.

The vision of Vidyavardhaka Sangha is excellent education to the people of all caste, Creed and religion. At present Vidyavardhaka Sangha is under the able guidance of Sri. Gundappa Gowda, honorable president and Sri P Vishwanath, honorable secretary. Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is one of the 8 educational institution run by the sangha. Ever since its inception in 1997, VVCE has been in continuous pursuit of excellence in imparting technical education.
