Over 140 million persons in 28 provinces, municipalities and regions , whose central and southern provinces Zhejiang , Fujian , Jiangxi , Hubei , Hunan , Guangdong , Guangxi , the municipality of Chongqing , the Sichuan and Guizhou were affected, and at least 4.66 million people have been evacuated because of the risks of flooding and landslides in the latter half of June
