Job Description
The company has embarked on a well structured program for Leadership Development, with a focused objective to develop a pipeline of future leaders. One of the initiatives is a pan-company 'Leadership Development Program' (LDP). The job involves, implementation of the LDP as an 'Associate' in the various Independent Companies of L&T, working closely with high performing participants and Guides of LDP at multiple locations and contributing to the Breakthrough Projects of Participants (BTP).

The job involves, implementation of the LDP as a 'Associate' in the various Independent Companies of L&T, working closely with high performing participants and Guides of LDP at multiple locations and contributing to the Breakthrough Projects of Participants (BTP).
Competencies Required:
A high level of drive, strong analytical ability, foresightedness, excellent communication skills, the capacity to multi-task, and a high degree of maturity, commitment and integrity
Ability to network with participants & Guides, and develop a close working relationship to ensure effective implementation of LDP. Challenge is to earn acceptance from participants by adding value to their LDP journey.
Capacity to understand business and problem solve real-life business challenges with participants.
Capability to liaise and network with senior leadership within and outside the organization
