Job Description
Job Description: Component Design Engineers responsible for the design and development of leading edge CPU products. You will be working on custom circuit design of leading edge CPU products. Familiarity with physical design convergence is required. The candidates shall demonstrate strong ability to work independently and leadership skills in driving design issue closure with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities may include: circuit design, circuit verification and characterization, documentation of specifications, also requiring modification and evaluation of design to hit the goals. Design Engineer is also responsible for: planning and organizing design projects or phases of design projects, responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment, demonstrates excellent problem solving skills, with a good track record of design convergence, has the ability to work in a multi-team environment along with good documentation, presentation and facilitation skills.

Minimum Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience or 3+ years of experience respectively
- Familiar with physical design convergence
- Experience with custom circuit (including register file and datapath) design and verification, including timing, electric rule checking, formal verification, noise and reliability checks
