Bases on S-Parameter measurements typical analog parameters such as gm, gds, voltage gain and current gain including dependencies on channel length, drain current will be studied. Additionally temperature influence on these parameters as well as self-heating effects should be taken into account.
Degree: University diploma /masters degree in physics or electrical engineering The candidate should have experience in parameter extraction from DC and S-Parameter measurements as well as knowledge on Trigate FinFET modeling and electrical characterization techniques.
